    Template version 1.0

Every entry in the Journal is written to the same structure and held to the same evidence standard. Values that have not been verified are shown as placeholders.

    Standard structure

    1. 01

      StandfirstRequired

State the central question and why it matters now.

40–60 words. No superlatives, no marketing claims.

    2. 02

      Executive summaryRequired

Three to six conclusions a reader can act on without reading further.

Each conclusion carries its evidence tier: verified, market, scenario or opinion.

    3. 03

Why this matters for residents, investors and operatorsRequired

Translate the question into consequences for each audience.

One short paragraph per audience named in the entry.

    4. 04

      Main analysisRequired

The argument, developed step by step.

Every quantitative claim is attributed and dated, or replaced by a placeholder.

    5. 05

      Market evidence (attributed, dated)Required

Present the primary data table or series behind the argument.

Institution, series name, period and retrieval date for every figure.

    6. 06

      International comparisonsOptional

Test the argument against comparable markets outside Italy.

State why each comparator is comparable, and where it is not.

    7. 07

      Demand driversOptional

Identify the structural forces that would sustain or reverse the trend.

Separate cyclical from structural drivers explicitly.

    8. 08

      Risks and limitationsRequired

State what would falsify the argument and where the data is weak.

At least three limitations. Never omit inconvenient evidence.

    9. 09

      Implications for integrated communitiesRequired

Draw the design, planning or capital consequences.

      Principles, not project promotion.
