Futuro Agrate Ltd is directed by its founder and Managing Director and operated through three delivery functions: a corporate office in London, architectural coordination in Piedmont and a project office at the site in Agrate Conturbia. This page records who is responsible for what.

The following functions are organisational units rather than named individuals. Individual profile pages are published only where a named person and a verifiable record exist.
London corporate office
Legal, financial and corporate administration · London, United Kingdom
Maintains the corporate seat of Futuro Agrate Ltd: company administration, transaction documentation, financial reporting and coordination of external counsel for cross-border matters between the United Kingdom and Italy.
Territory architecture
Masterplan and design coordination · Piedmont, Italy
Italian-qualified architectural coordination for the masterplan: land-use layout, cluster definition, landscape structure and the technical documentation submitted to the municipal planning office.
On-site project office
Site coordination and delivery management · Agrate Conturbia, Italy
Local presence at the site: survey and due-diligence coordination, liaison with the Ufficio Tecnico Comunale, contractor and consultant scheduling, and day-to-day continuity with the municipality.
Institutional counterparties
The delivery organisation works against a fixed set of public counterparties. They are not part of the company and do not endorse it; they are the authorities through which the planning process runs.

Legal, tax and technical work is carried out by external firms appointed for each workstream: Italian real-estate counsel for acquisitions, cross-border tax and corporate advisers for the holding structure, and Italian-qualified technical consultants for survey, planning and environmental matters. Advisers are named in transaction documentation rather than on this website.
