    Biography

    Vadim Nedranets founded Futuro Agrate Ltd in London to consolidate a fragmented land holding in Agrate Conturbia, Province of Novara, into a single, permit-led development platform. He originated the transaction, assembled the acquisition perimeter and leads the company as Managing Director.

    His work on the project centres on land assembly, planning strategy and the corporate structuring required to hold Italian real-estate assets through a United Kingdom parent company. He acts as the company's primary counterpart to the municipal administration, the provincial and regional authorities, and to institutional capital.

    He divides his time between London, where the parent company is registered, and northern Italy, where the site, the planning process and the on-site project office are located.
